Vintage Crust Baking Co. Started as a weekend Farmers Market business that proved to be successful and has allowed me to visualize the brick and mortar with retail sales as well. We will sell baked goods, with breakfast and lunch offerings. Local dairy, eggs and meats. A retail section full of local products as well as fun household goods.

My name is Kari and my very supportive husband is Brandon. We have been together for six years and recently came across the opportunity for me to get my bakery and for him to have lots of land. I have always had a passion for food and more importantly baking. After attending Culinary School and getting my associates in culinary arts and Certificate in Baking and Pastry, I knew my calling was to bake bread. I worked as a pastry chef for four years under a good friend and loved what I did. I knew at that time my goal was to have my own bakery. I have never felt more certain about my timing and knowing within myself that I can make this dream come true.
What we’re all about
FRESH BAKED BREAD
…with daily specials all handmade. I like to use old family recipes as well as new ones. I will try everything once and twice if I screw it up the first time. It happens!
SAVORY IS MY JAM!
I love to make quiches, savory biscuits and all the things in between. Breakfast is my favorite meal, if only I could get my husband on board. He does enjoy my savory hand pies.
SIT & STAY A WHILE
Our location isn’t far from some of the local favorites: Happy Cow Creamery and City Scape Winery. We have taken over a piece of 7th generation land and plan to bring it back to life. So come hangout out in the lounge or outback on the patio!
VINTAGE FINDS & RETAIL
I love old things and plan to celebrate them. When you come hang out with me you will see the old and the new. If I am not baking I am probably antiquing! Come check out what we got!
LOCAL LOVE
Being a vendor at the farmers market and buying local for our family our goal is to help as many local vendors as we can. Meats, Milk, Eggs, Cheese, Produce and household goods are all things you will be able to find at our store.
